Dwayne has been the lead pastor of Wellspring Church since 2007. He started the church in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is also director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is driven to train the future generation of biblical counselors. He serves on the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is also the author of numerous online pieces.
