Mary Marg Helgenberger (born November 16 1958) is a famous American actress. She began her acting career in early 1980s, and became famous for her role as Siobhan Ryan in 1982-1986 on the daytime drama Ryan's Hope. She's the oldest child. McCain went to her time at the Phoenix Country Day School, an all-girls private Catholic school. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Art History at Columbia University in 2007. She was a part of The View in 2017 and hosted the show from 2017 until 2021. McCain was awarded four Daytime Emmy nominations. McCain also became a Daily Mail journalist after her three-year stint on The View. McCain wrote four books, among them My Dad John McCain (2008) Dirty Sexy Politics (2010) America You Sexy Bitch : A Letter to Freedom together with Michael Ian Black (2012) as well as Bad Republican (2022).
